Our Mission
To help receive the disability tax claim for anyone of any age, with a physical or mental condition, that affects one or more of their activities of daily living. The condition must have or is expected to last for a duration of at least one year.
What the CDTS will Do:
Once the application is returned we will thoroughly go through, and make sure everything is properly filled out
Get in touch with your physician or specialist; ensuring accurate and swift completion
File the disability credit with the Canada Revenue Agency
Follow-up with the Canada Revenue Agency agent and handle any questions they may have
Submit a special request to the Canada Revenue Agency to apply the disability credit as far back as possible (as applicable, up to 10 years)
If for some reason your application is denied, we will submit an objection to the Canada Revenue Agency
Upon filing all the forms to Canada Revenue we will also apply following credits/benefits on your behalf if possible:
Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP)
